For returns, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.
How?
Contact via email to rocio.cabestrero@gmail.com indicating the necessary data to locate the purchase and explain the inconvenience that originates the return.
If it is a defective product or it does not the same with the purchase made, the change will be made automatically, with the shipping charge paid by Rocío Cabestrero.
Or, if you want to process a refund for this reason, you must attach your bank details, and it can take up to 14 calendar days.
If the customer is responsible for another reason, only the value of the products will be returned, once these have been returned.
*Rocío Cabestrero reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received again in perfect condition.
